Fresh Air All the cells of your body need to be fed oxygen, which you acquire by breathing. Breathe deeply of clean, fresh air as often as possible. Concentrate on breathing OUT stale air and your body will automatically pull IN new air. This will also help you relax!
Clean Water Your body needs to be kept hydrated, something people usually forget to take care of. Clean water is what it wants--not pop, coffee, or alcohol! Drink your water between meals to avoid diluting your digestive juices.
Healthy Food The higher quality food you eat, the healthier your body will be. In the beginning, the Creator gave man plants to eat. Focus on supplying your body with fresh, preferably raw, vegetables and fruits for maximum health!
Enough Sleep Give your body a break from all the activities and stresses it must deal with daily. Keep a regular schedule and avoid shift work. At night lay down in a dark quiet room, preferably before 10:00 p.m., and take long, slow, deep breaths to help you relax. Let the sun wake you in the morning.
Plenty of Exercise Your mind and muscles need to be challenged and also to be permitted to rest. Work hard and play hard. Do something physical every day to keep your body limber, even if it's just a walk.
Faith, Hope and Love Your body thrives on faith, hope and love. Feed on the Creator's words and you will have these things in abundance.
Your body was created to serve your spirit and soul. Keep your body healthy, and you will be able to do great things!
